Tribute-Band-A-Palooza 6/1 to 6/3

The festival will take place next to beautiful Lake Merriman in the foothills of Folsom CA the weekend of 6/1 and 6/3.  Tribute bands from all over the country will be in attendance.

If the No Cover Band ever breaks up, my first call is to the Misfats.  I do like the Misfits but I am not the biggest fan. (No pun intended!!) I am also not a big fan of makeup and face paint because I sweat like a horse on a 3 day ride when I play.  However my dream has always been to be the “most fit guy” in the band and it has never happened for me.  If I was in the Misfats, I am confidant that even in one of my more sever “letting myself go phases” I would still be a contender.

In fact I am one of the few guitarist who is man enough to come out and site Jane Wiedlan, (yes the rhythm guitar player, not the lead guitar player) as an influence.  However, you need to be a REAL MAN to be a member of  We Got the Meat.  If you have never seen “the Meat” live it’s…..well it’s…….let’s just say it is a show.
